Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed since you received your item, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange, except where required by law (e.g., defective or misdescribed items under applicable US consumer protection laws).
Refund eligibility may vary if your item is defective or damaged upon arrival. Please refer to the Exchange Section below.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm receipt and inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method within 14 business days, in compliance with standard US payment processing timelines.

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items are non-refundable, unless they are faulty or misdescribed.
Section 4 – Exchanges (If Applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged on arrival. To request an exchange for the same item, please reach out via our Contact Us page.

You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or sent in error.

If your return is valued over $75, we recommend using a tracked and insured service. We cannot guarantee receipt of untracked items.

We invite you to try our product risk-free for 30 days. If you're not satisfied, you may return it for a full refund, subject to the conditions below:

Returns must be based on a functional issue (e.g., manufacturing defects or performance faults). Cosmetic dissatisfaction or unsupported claims will not qualify.
We may request photo/video evidence before authorizing a return.

Ship the Product: Customers must cover return shipping. Use a trackable service.

If the item is not defective, a $49 inspection and processing fee will be deducted.
