📍 Shipping Location

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states (excluding territories).

🕒 Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 business hours (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

⏳ Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery: 3–7 business days (varies by location and carrier).

  • Expedited options: Available at checkout for faster delivery.

You’ll receive:

  1. An order confirmation email immediately after purchase.

  2. A shipping notification with a tracking link once your package is dispatched.

Note: Tracking may take 24–48 hours to activate. Please allow time for carrier updates.

📬 Delivery Issues

  • Double-check your shipping address at checkout. We’re not responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses.

  • If your package is held at a carrier facility (e.g., USPS, UPS) and not collected within 7–14 days, it may be returned to us. A reshipping fee will apply.

🔄 CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your order within 1 hour of purchase by contacting us via the Contact Us page. After this window, your order may already be in processing, and cancellation is not guaranteed.

If your order has already shipped, you may return it upon delivery (see Returns Policy below).

🔙 RETURNS POLICY

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

Return Requirements:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Initiate returns by contacting our team via email or the Contact Us page.

  • Customer covers return shipping, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds are issued within 14 business days of receiving your return.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
